Commissioned by Mr. John Abele, Founding Chairman of Boston Scientific Corporation. The goal of this mark was to signify an innovative approach to conferencing—an environment that offers boundless opportunity for learning through exploration and experimentation—through use of the unexpected imagery of the Klein bottle, a four-dimensional mathematical construct of a continuous surface with only one side.
