This mark was commissioned by Governor Peter Shumlin for his inauguration. The idea was to create Vermont imagery in a postage stamp proportion, with a nod to our history with 13 stars of the Green Mountain Boys Flag. Thanks to Vermont’s Air National Guard for research assistance.
